Terms of Service

Below are my Terms of Service for fursuit commissions. If you have any further questions, feel free to message me on Telegram or Discord (contact info is on the left of the page).
What can you expect when commissioning me?
Communication
Throughout the suitmaking process, I will communicate with you about the specifics of the suit, such as the planning, materials, design choices, etc.. I will keep you up to date with pictures, and you are free to ask for more information, or to see specific areas/angles. Please do not post the progress pictures publicly without my approval. My timezone is CEST, and I am generally more available in the evenings. If I have anything regarding the suit I’d like to ask you about, please try to respond within two days to keep the workflow going.
The fursuit
Options
Here are some of the options I offer for fursuits:
- Head: Built around a foam cast headbase or a 3d printed base
- Eyes: 2d OR 3d follow-me eyes - handpainted OR printed mesh
- Tongue: statically sewn on; OR removable with magnets & posable on muzzle*
- Magnetic eyebrows*
- Nose: pickable or non-pickable
- Hidden ventilation holes inside fursuit ears
- Adjustable inside with cap
- Backside closes by magnets OR zipper
- Fursuit piercings*
- Arm sleeves*

*Marked options will affect the quoted price.
Repairs/warranty
I will make the fursuit as durable as I can, but if any issues arise, I am happy to help walk you through the process of fixing it. If a more substantial fix is needed, I offer a two year warranty for free repairs. Shipping costs for repairs must be covered by the client. If repairs are needed after two years, there will be a repair fee based on the size of the fix.
Design changes
If requested, I am happy to discuss or advise on any design changes before materials are purchased. Any design changes requested beyond that point is up to my discretion on whether or not they are feasible.
Altercations/adjustments
The purpose of me sending pictures throughout the commission is for your approval! Let me know if you want any changes to occur - the sooner I know of a change, the easier it will be to implement.
When will the suit be done?
I do not work with deadlines or completion dates, as I make fursuits in my free time, and I do my best work when I am not stressed about time. Previous commissions have typically been completed within 4-6 months, depending on complexity and type of commission. I can give an estimation of when the fursuit is expected to be complete before the commission starts, and I will update you if I expect this to change for any reason.
Finances
Payments
I accept payments through IBAN, Paypal or Revolut. For me to start the suitmaking process, I require a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the quoted price. Payment can be made in full- however, payment plans are accepted and must be discussed before the commission begins. A minimum payment of 10% of the total amount per month is required after the non-refundable deposit. If a payment is missed without prior notice, your commission may be placed on hold. A completed fursuit will be shipped only once the full payment has been made.
Cancellation
If work on the suit has been started, any refund amount cannot be guaranteed, please be aware of this. Let me know if you have any financial concerns.
Shipping policy
The suit will be shipped through Postnord (the main Swedish postal agency) with a tracking number. Shipping costs are paid by the client, and costs will vary based on distance from Sweden and weight of the package. Once shipped, Postnord is responsible for loss or damage during transit and can be contacted in case any compensation claims need to be made. International shipments may be subject to import taxes or customs fees, which are the client’s responsibility. The fursuit parts will be wrapped in plastic to avoid water damage.
Sizing
Different fursuit parts require different measurements.
Fursuit head:
- Head circumference at the widest part
- Length from the base of the chin to the top of the head
Paws:
- The length from your wrist to the top of your middle finger
- The width of the palm without the thumb
Sleeves:
- Length from the wrist to the shoulder at the armpit

Ages
Commissions from minors or on behalf of minors are not accepted.
Licensed characters
I can make fursuits of original characters, and suits inspired by themes. Beyond that, I cannot make suits that infringe upon copyright laws of licensed characters, or copy someone else’s fursona.
Artistic liberty commissions
Artistic liberty or character creation commissions are available! Ask me about these, I love working with themes. These commission types will be split into two - the first part consists of giving a quote for the fursuit and creating a character design that the client is happy with, and the price and ToS for this is discussed separately. The second part consists of making the fursuit itself, for which all the ToS in this document apply.
Privacy statement
If you commission me, your private info such as your address and name will not be stored or sold to 3rd parties in any way. Your info will only be used to complete and ship your fursuit.
Agreement
By paying your first non-refundable deposit, you are agreeing to these terms.
